A winemaking collective of colourful vignerons who love nothing more than a long lunch and sharing the fruits of their toils.
In true collective manner, individual members of the coterie seek out the best sites to grow the collection of classic and emerging varieties.
Fringe Société is best enjoyed over robust tastings, boisterous long lunches or splashed amongst friends, because life is more interesting on the fringe.
Sourced from established vineyards in regional France, Fringe Société offers a fresh take on both classic and emerging varieties.
IGP Comté TolosanVineyards are located in the Adour and Garonne River basins, between the Atlantic Coast to the west and the Massif Central mountains to the east, with mainly alluvial soils. The climate is predominantly maritime, with mild, fresh summers and cool, wet winters. A small proportion of fruit is selected from vineyards further east that experiences a hotter, continental climate.
The region benefits from the Mediterranean climate, with its coastline bordering the region in the South, it provides hot and dry summers for a perfect maturity. On the other side, the Black Mountain brings enough humidity and cool temperatures for the vineyards to produce fruit packed with delicate and elegant aromas due to a long, cool growing season.
